The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, the General Manager Governance & Assurance will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of governance, care quality, and compliance systems across eight residential aged care homes and the Home Care program.
This role will drive accreditation readiness, lead responses to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations. You will oversee clinical policy and procedure development as part of the rollout of a new compliance system, while working closely with senior leaders to embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have proven expertise in governance, compliance, and aged care quality frameworks, you will be a collaborative leader, skilled in data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.
